It has blue rhinestone flowers on it. It is marked inside ELIZABETH ARDEN. It includes a powder puff marked the same. The compact does have some light wear, some light scratches. The puff has been used. ONE RHINESTONE FLOWER SET IS COMPLETELY MISSING and then there are FOUR BLUE RHINESTONES MISSING from four of the flowers.
