Made in Minnesota by Canadian company. Still in the original box and are approx 2.25 years old but never been opened. 10-year manufacturer's warranty minus 2.25 years and 25-year linear power guaranty minus 2.25 years. Both valid at initial install location (panels have never been installed). Panels were previously intended for a large multi megawatt array but not all were able to be used due to a permitting issue with the local municipality. Price based on per panel amount.
