CLR Solutions has inspected this lot of REC REC285TP2 BLK solar panels and found them to be in unused condition. They were removed from an improperly stacked pallet that shifted during transport. Some panels may be dirty from being exposed to the outdoors and may be scratches and scuff marks, but they are in otherwise good cosmetic condition.
