    Measurements are taken across chest on a flat surface :
    XL = 20"  ( about 38/40 chest )
    L   = 18"    ( about 34/36 chest )
    M   = 16"   ( about 30/32 chest )
    These are probably promo shirts ( made in Pakistan )  - they are thin , lightweight and run small for adult sizes , or , big for children sizes .
    Buy a bigger chest size than you usually do or you'll get a tight fit.
    the yellow is more like yellowish / not like the sun.
