    Here is a
    nice used, excellent working Dotco model 12L2750-80 sander/buffer/polisher.
    It has a 6000 rpm free speed.  This has a 5/8-11 thread on the spindle end.  I am throwing in a 4" pad with it for hook-loop type sanding discs.  Air inlet is 1/4" NPT.  I am throwing in a standard fitting with it but didn't install it in case your air system used different style couplers.  This unit is rated to use up to 7" size pads and discs on that 5/8" stud.  There is a "helicoil" installed in the side  handle threaded hole that was used to repair it when the handle was working loose.  It works great now.  This is a older style model made before the newer styles with the nanny handle lever safeties, so it doesn't use a lever safety lock..  Screw any of your 5/8-11 threaded accessories on the stud...backing pads, wire wheels, sanding discs, buffers, polishers, etc.
