Condition: Estate Sale find and not tested. Comparing the item to an original brochure, it appears the ring is missing. The instrument looks like a heavy cast metal and is mounted to a wood base which slides into a very old wood box. The wood storage box shows some wear on the sides and the dovetail pieces of the box are separating along the bottom left side.
